MAGISTRATE'S COURT
THURSDAY (Before Mr F. F. Reid, S.M.) REMANDED Brian James O'Hehir and JoJm Henry Silva were charged with befog incorrigible rogues in that they caped from Paparua Prison. They were remanded in custody until Aug. ust 22. They were also charged with breaking and entering the shop to Thomas C. Deavoll with intent to com. Mit a crime. On this charge they wo® also remanded. William James McFarlane was remanded until August 22 on a charge of stealing £2 from Frances Forres, ter. Bail was allowed on sureties of self £2O and one other of £2O.
