FATE OF BALTIC STATES DELEGATES REACH MOSCOW (Received July 30, 10 p.m.) LONDON, July 29. The Moscow radio announced that the Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian Parliamentary delegations. of 20 members each, arrived in Moscow. They will attend the meeting of the Soviet Supreme Council on Thursday, August 1, when_ they will present a request for incorporation In the Soviet. The Russian Ambassador (M. Maisky) protested to Britain against the freezing of Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian London balances. Russia alleges that the Baltic Slates asked the British to release the credits three days before seeking incorporation in the Soviet.
