RESIGNATION OF MINISTER
♦ At a meeting of the congregation of St. Columba Presbyterian Church, Fairlie, held after the evening service on Sunday, a letter was read from the Rev. J, S. Strang, stating that he wished to resign as minister of the Mackenzie County charge. Mr Strang is now in camp as a chaplain with the 3rd Echelon. On the motion of Mr T. B, Crampton, seconded by Mr T. Mona’han, it was unanimously agreed that Mr Strang’s resignation be accepted with great regret, . *
