USE OF HORNS AT NIGHT
♦ RESTRICTION SUGGESTED (Press association telegram.) April 24. The Hoad Safety Council has decided to recommend that the use of horns, except in an emergency, should be prohibited during the night hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and that an addition should be made to the road code, requesting motorists to avoid the use of horns during daylight hours.
