DATES CHANGED WITH ASHBURTON

WAIMATE WINTER SHOW Subject to the approval of the New Zealand Association, a meeting ,of the Waimate Winter and Poultry Show Society decided to change dates with Ashburton. The decision followed the receipt of a letter from the Ashburton Winter Show Committee, and the Waimate Show will now be held on June 21 and 22. / Advice was received that the following judges had consented to act:— Messrs A. Gates (poultry), A. E Segar (domestic). R. B. Ward' (fruit), R. W. Thompson (canaries), and A. E Wilson and T. Wilce (poultry). It was decided to include sections for toy dogs and faneywork. A motion expressing regret at the death of the Prime Minister was carried. .
