CREWS BELIEVED SAFE (Received February 4, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, February 3. The Admiralty now believes that the entire crews ’of the submarines Starfish and Undine, numbering 67 officers and men, are alive as prisoners of war in Germany. There is no hews of the crew of the Seahorse. it is feared that an perished.
