TEJMPLETON CLUB ANNUAL REPORT An appeal to members to. give the club their utmost support during the war. is contained in- the annual report of the Templeton Country Golf Club. During the season several of the fairways were badly infected with the grass grub, Its ravages not being easily combated. Several improvements to the course were carried out and it was hoped to continue with the work in the coming season. The excess of income over expenditure for the/year was .£157 after allowing for depreciation of £235. The subscriptions were ldfwer by £75, this being mainly because of the membership dropping from 328 to 275. • .
The full programme of matches ' arranged for the season had' been carried out.
The women's section also reported a successful season,, but the war had affected a number of competitions.
