WOMEN’S AUXILIARY FORCE
TO THB EDITOB OT TUB PRBBB. Sir, —I say “Hear, hear!* and reiterate wholeheartedly what “One of the Girls” has to say. It is not before time that this subject has been brought up, because I am sure it is the opinion of many thousands of our New Zealand girls.—Yours, etc., ANOTHER OF THE GIRLS. January 15, 1940. TO THE EDITOB OT THE PBXSS. Sir, —I think that “One of the Girls” has expressed the opinions held by most of us about a Women’s Auxiliary Force in New Zealand. There are many young New Zealand women who would be only too glad to assist their country in its hour of need in' other ways than V.A.D. work, and I am sure that a Women’s Auxiliary Force would prove as successful in New Zealand as it is now in England. New Zealand girls are, I am sure, abundantly willing to help their country in every possible way, and it is to be hoped that now their country is in need of them they will not be overlooked.—Yours, etc., PATRIOTIC. January 15, 1940.
