FIRST DANCE OF 1940
♦ The first' big dance of 1940 will be held in the Ritz ballroom, 94' Gloucester street, next Monday night, January 1. Celebrate your New Year a.t the monster New Year carnival and be all in lor a good time. Owing to arrangement with the management of the Friday night dance, the fourth heat of the knock-out waltzing competition will be held, and this will be only one of the highlights oi the evening. The New Year is the time for celebration, so arrange your party now. Frank Hobson’s Band Will be in attendance with vocals by the leader.
