ST. JOHN AMBULANCE HALL
♦ ; NEW YEAR CARNIVAL A grand old-time New Year carnival dance will be held in the St. John Ambulance Hall on Monday night. Dancing will begin at 8 p.m. and will continue until 1 a.m. Hughie Evans’s band will be in attendance. Special prizes are being offered for Monte Carlo and lucky spot dances. Citizens of Christchurch and visitors are cordially invited to attend.
