KOWAI COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN THE MATTER of “The Public Works Act 1928” and IN THE MATTER of “The Counties Act 1920” XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the KOWAI COUNTY COUNCIL PRO-

POSES under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the legalisation. formation and construction of a public road or highway and for such purposes the lands described in the schedule hereto are required to be taken and vested in the Crown. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Kowai County Council at Balcairn and is open for inspection (without payment of any fee) by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by, or having any well grounded objections to the taking of the said lands or to the execution of spell work, are required to state forthwith in writing such objections and forward such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Kowai County Council at its public office situate as aforesaid. No objection to the amount or payment of any compensation in respect of the execution of such work is a well grounded objection. SCHEDULE.
