♦ TRANSPORT ORGANISATION’S DECISION WELLINGTON, December L The council of the New Zealand Carriers’ Federation, at a meeting to-day, resolved that the industry had no intention of being a political scapegoat and regarded with disfavour all attempts to make political capital out of transport.
