FOR POLISH REFUGEES
Part of the sum of £IOO,OOO which was granted by Britain for the relief of Polish refugees in Hungary and Bumaiua has already been used. The Government’s fund . is being employed-mainly to provide-warm winter clothing for the many thousands of refugees who left 'Poland in - September in only the lightest summer wear. - Already 100,000 shirts and 3000 overcoats bought by the British’ Government are on the way. A further 10.Q00 overcoats. 3000 jackets, 2500 waistcoats, 4500 pairs of itrousers, and 300 pairs of boqts.are waiting to be shippedto Rumania'and Hungary at thfe first opportunity.' •
