+ URGENT REPRESENTATIONS T<? - MINISTER A decision to make urgent rcprcM . sentations to the Minister for Educa*j tion (the Hon. P. Fraser) and to that Department of Education about the organisation, accommodation, and complete equipment of the Christ* church West High School was mada yesterday by the Canterbury University College Council. The decision gave effect to a recoin* mendation from the high schools ana hostels committee, which had deputed a sub-committee to submit proposals. There was no discussion on the mat* ter, the report of the committee being adopted as it stood. Mr A. E.. Flower presided at the meeting.
