TO CORRESPONDENTS
♦ I. Letters sent to the Editor for printing must be written in ink on one side of the paper only, and writer* must send in their names and aadresses in full, whether they wisn these to be printed or not, 2 Writers must say clearly whether or not their leuers are being, have been, sent to other papers. 3 Tire Editor cannot return or keep any letter which for any reason is unsuitable for printing, nor can he acknowledge unsuitable letter 6 , although this will be done where it seems to be needful, or en into any correspondence about ters sent in. TO CONTRIBUTORS Contributors will please note that manuscripts submitted without stamped addressed envelope cannot rejected be returned.
