SIX MORE BOMBERS ORDERED

WELLINGTON, May 22. The Minister for Defence (the Hon. F. Jones) said to-day that in consequence of the expansion taking place in the personnel of the Royal New Zealand Air Force, the Cabinet recently approved the purchase of six more Airspeed Oxford bombers for advanced training and navigational instruction. The machines were of the twin-engined type, similar to those already in use by the Royal Now Zealand Air Force.
