CORONATION MEDAL MON BY HAGLEY PLAYER

AUCKLAND, May 22, The home links’ Coronation Medal competition staged by the New Zealand Ladies’ Golf Union for players with handicaps up to 18, which was played throughout New Zealand during the week of May 7 to May 13, was won by Mrs J. C. Cullman (IJagloy), Her score, 77. 15—0'2, was six strokes under the scratch seme of the course.
The next best scores were those of Miss Knight (New Plymouth), 112. 11 —71, Miss B. Mills (Pupuke), 82. 16—66, and Mi's L. Kissling (Auckland), 87, 19—08, each of whom played four strokes below the scratch score of their course.
Tire Aotea Roa Cup event, which was played in conjunction and is open to all members with Ladies’ Golf Union handicaps, was won by Miss B, Creighton (Palmerston North) with 95. 36—59. 14 strokes under scratch. The next best scores were returned by Miss R. Riddell (Dannevirke). 88. 26—62. 1! under, and Miss J. Wright (Maraenuii, 102, 36—66, 10 under.
