JIDHK’S COMMENT AT NAPIER (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) NAPIER, May 22. “A disturbing feature of the list is that there are so many sexual offences,” commented Mr Justice Smith, opening the Supreme Court session, “There are eight indictments against 10 persons, five of the indictments involving sexual offences. “I regret to say that some of them are of an exceedingly unpleasant and disturbing character,” his Honour added.
