MR LEE MARTIN MINISTER FOR LANDS

The Acting-Minister for Lands during the absence of the Hon. F. Langstone at the International Labour Conference at Geneva will be the Hon. W. Lee Martin (Minister for Agriculture). The allocation of the portfolios held by Mr Langstone has been announced by the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage). Other distributions are:—

State Forests—The Hon. H. T. Armstrong. Tourist and Health Resorts—The Hon, W. E. Parry. . . ' Although the Prime Minister is nominally Minister for Native Affairs, including Samoan Affairs, the administrative work has been carried out, by Mr Langstone. Those duties will now be undertaken by the Hon. H. G. R. Mason (Attorney-General)*;-.
