OFFICERS ELECTED AT RANGIORA That interest had flagged somewhat in hockey during the season, mainly because of postponements, was reported in the seventeenth annual report to the Rangiora Physical Culture Hockey Club at the general meeting on Monday evening. Miss* J. .Cook presided. A credit balance of £32 odd was shown in the financial statement. Opening day will be April 1. Officers elected were:—Patron, Mr C. W. Tyler; patronesses, Miss D. Tyler, Mesdames H. R. Clark, P. Prestney H. R. Forward, W. Gardiner, L. Rouse, S. Watkins, L. Harper; president Mr C. F. Meyer; vice-presidents, Messrs W. Smith, W. Johnson, A. B. Johnson, L. Smith, C. I. Jennings, A. Le Petit, S. Watkins, Drs. E. S. McPhail, L. M. King; secretary and treasurer. Miss C. Watkins; assistant-, secretary, Miss R. O’Brien; auditor, Mr Arthur Hawkins; committee members, Misses B. Watkins, D. Thompson, J. Cook, G. Stent, M. Shilton, I. Sutherland, J. Baxter, P. Walker; clubr captain, Miss B.
