RUSSIA’S INTEREST IN MANCHUKUO
JAPANESE ALLEGATION OF VIOLATION OF BORDER

TOKYO, March 15.
It was claimed to-day that Soviet violations of the Manchukuo border were increasing. There were 166 last year and more than 40 in the first two months of 1939.
