The Magistrate ordered that the new sentence be concurrent with a sentence of three months’ imprisonment imposed on Wilson at Christchurch for theft.
On the application of Detective-Ser-geant H. E. Knight, Wilson was remanded lo appear at Auckland on February 21 on a charge of-breaking and entering a shop at Huntly on December 19 last year and stealing clothing valued at £7O.
