Number of Children 40 (approx.). Daily mileage, 12 (approx.). Tenders are to be submitted at so much per diem, and to be for approximately two years from the Ist February, 1939. Transport regulations must be complied with in respect of the vehicle to be used, and a certificate of fitness must be produced from the Transport Department before the service will be permitted to commence running.
