FRANC O-RUSSIAN PACT
SOVIET DENUNCIATION LIKELY (Received November 28, 12.30 a.m.) PARIS, November 27. Diplomatic circles consider that a denunciation of the Franco-Russian pact by the Soviet it probable in the near future. The Soviet Ambassador (M. Souritz) called on. the Foreign Minister (M. Georges Bonnet) yesterday, and plainly hinted at denunciation by strongly voicing Russia’s disapproval of the French pact with Germany, and also of France’s failure to complete the Franco-Soviet pact by military agreement.
