E. Lumb, Christchurch Nursing Division; Lady District Superintendent A. L. Bishop, first and second bars. The following appointments have been confirmed by St. John's Gate:— Private J. Shannon to be sergeant and district secretary of the Hokitika Division, and Ambulance Sister E. S. Cooke to be lady divisional secretary of the . Hokitika Nursing Division.
