Lord Strabolgi, chairman of Midland Steel, which, against the keenest American competition, successfully tendered for the erection of the amusement park for the NewZealand Centennial Exhibition, plans to go to New Zealand, personally to supervise some of the work. Lord Strabolgi said: "While in New Zealand I will attend meetings of the Empire Parliamentary Association. I look forward to renewing my friendship with Mr Savage and other New Zealanders. I may also get in a few days of big game fishing." Big shipments of tubular steel are at present being prepared in England.
