RIDER AND PASSENGER j INJURED • WELLINGTON, November 4. A motor-cyclist, Ray Campbell, of Lyall Bay, and a pillion rider, Miss I. McNee. also of Lyallßßa r . were found lying unconscious on the roadside, after being thrown from a motor-cycle near Point Howard. The "girl was suffering from concucsion. severe injuries to both knees, and injuries to an arm and shoulder. C.mpbell suffered injuries to his head and an arm. Both'were,taken to hospital. The motor-cycle appeared to have left the road and run a short distant • along pipes wbich run slightly below the road level. ~.;,.
