Mr J W Black presided over a committee * meeting of the Culverden IHinni recently- I* w ? s decided to cement the flume at the siphon of the ScSol creek at the top end of the gftif course. , 'Prizes at the school committee’s last ■weekly euchre partjrol the year were won by Sirs J- Crothall and Mr H. G. Xlaw. The following are the prizes for the season's aggregates; —Women: Mrs J. Crothall 1. Mrs H. Maw 2. Men: Mr WL Burrows 1, Mr W. Addis 2. Special attendance prizes: Women. Miss N. Mockett. men. Mr D. Boyce.
