POLAND AND CZECHOSLOVAKIA REACH AGREEMENT
Official Announcement Reported From Warsaw fc PRACTICAL PLAN FOR SETTLEMENT OF TESCHEN PROBLEM IUMITED PRESS ASBOOI4.TIOK—COPYRIGHT.) (Received September 28, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 28. The Warsaw correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports that after a meeting of leaders of the Polish Government and the army it was announced that Poland and Czechoslovakia had reached an agreement embodying the principle of territorial revision. The President (M. Moscicki) sent a messenger by air to Prague carrying a message to Dr. Benes.
A Note was also sent to Prague from the Polish Government which, the communique says, contains a practical plan for the settlement of the r Teschen problem.
