Pontoon
A pontoon is any temporary floating structure that forms part of a bridge across a river. Pohtoons
are in variotls-Ifirms. mostly cylindrical and hOllbw, others take the shape of decfcboats locked together. Pontoon brid|es capable of supporting railways are a feature of modern militaly equipment.
