JERSEY CATTLE BREEDERS

MIDLAND CANTERBURY BRANCH FORMED The Midland Canterbury Jersey Cattle Club, with headquarters in Christchurch, was formed, at a recent meeting of Jersey cattle breeders' in Christchurch. Mr J. R. White' presided at the meeting.

Correspondence from the New Zealand Jersey Cattle Breeders' Association was read, and rules and regulations were discussed. Mr White was elected president and Mr M. D. Johns secretary. The election of a committee of management was held over until the next meeting. Seventeen members were enrolled.
