AIR DISASTER IN MIDDLESEX
PILOT'S DISOBEDIENCE OF ORDERS

An Air Ministry statement says that the primary cause of the air disaster at Edmonton, Middlesex, on September 4, when a Royal Air Force machine crashed into three houses and killed 10 people including the pilot, was the wilful disobedience of orders by the pilot.
