COMPROMISE APPROVED BY SUPREME COURT
A compromise was approved by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday morning, in a case in which John Edward Clough, an infant, proceeded, through his guardian ad litem. Walter James Hurley, against William McFall for damages arising out of a collision between a motor vehicle owned by the defendant and a bicycle ridden by the plaintiff. The amount of the compromise agreed upon and paid into Court was £5Ol 16s 6d. Mr u. W. Russell appeared for the plaintiff and Mr C. S. Thomas for the defendant.
