LABOUR PAMPHLETS

TO THE EDITOR. OT THE PRESS. Sir, —Imagine my surprise this morning to find a Labour pamphlet under my door. I thought the Labour Party would not stoop to sneaking round after dark but left that to the National Party I also noticed how proud it is to emblazon democracy all over this pamphlet. Does it for «e instant think this will blind the people to th£ fact that it stands for Socialism? If it does. I am afraid it has a big think coming when the numbers go up on election day. My answer to the big red headlines "Keep New Zealand Safe for Democracy!" is "Keep New Zealand safe from Socialism and Communism. -Yours, etc.. COMMO N SENSE. August 25. 1938.
