WELLINGTON, August 26.
The Arbitration Amendment Bill, which simplifies the procedure of arbitration in legal, disputes, . was parsed in th= House of Representatives to-day without discussion. The . only amendment made to the bill* as orginally introduced on July 8, was a minor adjustment of the procedure to bs followed in determining costs.
