ELECTION OF OFFICERS (ruaa association telzokau.) WELLINGTON, July 26. The Railway Officers’ Institute has elected the following officers:—President, Mr E. \V. Barnes (Wellington); North Island president, Mr M. J. Forde (Wellington); South Island president, Mr S. H. Orr (Invercargill); executive committee, all of Wellington, Messrs C. D. Abrahall, C. H. Hoare, J. S. Lynch, P. J. O’Donnell; traffic, Mr W. Sullivan (workshops and technical branch), Mr F. A. Ellis (locomotive running), Mr B. Tangne (maintenance branch), Mr W. J. Wilson (stores branch); auditors, Messrs A. F. Taylor and J. 'W. Wilson. The next conference will be held at Auckland.
