Russell, secretary of the United Kingdom Manufacturers and New Zealand Representatives' Association, said: VWe were Interested'to see the refer-j ence to the extension of secondary industries, and note that the Minister emphasised the necessity of their being economically justifiable. The qualifications, of course, embrace the interests of all- sides, including consumers. We appreciate the recognition of the value of the United Kingdom market, . -which measures the primary »industries' scope for future expansion."
