MAUI POM ARE ARRIVES Stormy weather was encountered on the outward trip to the islands by the motorship Maui Pomare which arrived at Lyttelton vesterday morning from Apia and Niue. After loading a full cargo of 10.000 cases of bananas and several tons of sundries at Apia and Niue, the vessel left the latter place on June 23 for Lyttelton. Moderate weather was met until Sunday, when a south-westerly gale was encountered. The following passengers arrived by the Maul Pomare:—Misses A. M. Garrett. M. I. Smith. M. K. Smith, Woolbrldge.
