NEW MAGISTRATE APPOINTED

MR ALFRED COLEMAN MEMBER OF COURT OF REVIEW (TEESS ASSOCIATION TEL*GRAM. I WELLINGTON, June 23. A new Magistrate has been appointed. He is Mr Alfred Coleman, who has been a member of the Court of Review under the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act since its inception, and was chairman of the Taranaki Adjustment Commission. He Is a qualified accountant as well as a barrister and solicitor. Formerly he was in practice at Stratford. While the necessity for the existence of the Court of Review continues he will not relinquish his position on the Court, but when the Court is not sitting he will relieve in Magisterial work.
