HUGE UNION JACK ON EIFFEL TOWER

PARIS TO WELCOME KING AND QUEEN LONDON. June 20. The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that the biggest Union Jack manufactured will be hoisted on the EiSel Tower as 101 gunshots are fired in honour of Their Majesties King George and Queen Elizabeth. The flag has a surface of 1500 square yards and weighs 600 pounds. Thirteen men and three capstans will be required to hoist it.
