TWO DEGRESS IN DIVORCE
* SUPREME COURT SESSION
Two petitions in divorce were heard before Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday. Michael Noonan (Mr C, V, Quigley) was granted a decree nisi against May Noonan, on the ground of wilful desertion, the decree to be made absolute in three months. The petitioner was given custody of two children. May Sloane (Mr Quigley) was granted a decree nisi from Cyril Arthur Phillip Sloane, on the ground of adultery, the decree to be made absolute in three months. The petitioner was given custody of children. ,
