PUBLIC notice Is hereby given, purJt suant to Section 139 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” that the Lyttelton Borough Council upon the expiration of one month from the date hereof, proposes to present a Petition to his Excellency the Governor-General praying that the reclaimed area of land described in the schedule hereto may be included in the Borough of Lyttelton.
