PUBLIC notice Is hereby given, purJt suant to Section 139 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” that the Lyttelton Borough Council upon the expiration of one month from the date hereof, proposes to present a Petition to his Excellency the Governor-General praying that the reclaimed area of land described in the schedule hereto may be included in the Borough of Lyttelton. SCHEDULE. All those parcels of .land containing by measurement 2 roods 14 perches more or less, situated in Block IV, Halswell Survey District, being reserves numbered 4394 and 4395, and being lots 1 and 2 on Deposit Plan lodged In the Lands Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 11288, Dated this 15th day of June, 1938. p. hobbs; Town Clerk.
