FARMERS* UNION RESOLUTION (PBES3 ASSOCIATION TBT.TOBMf,) HASTINGS. May 30. The need for the New Zealand Farmers’ Union and the Sheep Ownerf Federation to work more closely together to strengthen both bodies was emphasised by delegates at the annual . conference of the Hawke’s Bay Proj vincial executive of the Fanners' Union. “That pressure be brought on the Dominion executive of the Farmenr Union to take all possible stops to bring about amalgamation with the Sheep Owners’ Federation” was a remit carried by the conference.
