RESULTS IN THE STAKES CLASSES [THE PRESS Special Service.] OAMARU. May 28. The judging of the stakes classes of the seventh annual show of the North Otago Kennel Club brought some of the Canterbury exhibitors prominently into the award list,, though highest honours went to fanciers from the south. The Aulsebrook Cup for the best dog or bitch in the show was awarded to the 0.T.8. cocker, W. D. Robson’s Radiant Scamp (Invercargill), the judge commenting that this dog was one of the best seen for several years. He was shown in splendid condition, and, just on a year old, secured the award for the best puppy in the show as well as for best in all breeds. The Hall Cup for best of opposite sex went to E. A. Hopkins’s smooth-coated fox terrier, York Southern Lass (Bromley, Christchurch), and the Spratts Cup for the best-conditioned dog in the show to Mrs W. M. Angus's Pekingese, YaoChoo of Alderbourne (Dunedin). The Wylie Cup for best non-sporting dog or bitch was annexed by J. J. Nee’s roughcoated collie Bruce of Andrelfl (Beckenham. Christchurch). Canterbury exhibitors prominent in the stakes, classes were as follows;—
