H-Tfc Armstrong, in his address at St. Amiens Hall. Northland, last night .. “Critics say now that we oughtw put the rate back where it wash# fqre,” Mr Armstrong said, the raising of it because it was wrong, and because it was going to bankrupt hundreds of good people in New Zealand to help another section of the people.
