Tuition in Native Languages PREPARING FOR RETURN OF TERRITORIES (OHITBD PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (Received May 12, 11 p.m.) BERLIN, May 12. On hundred thousand members of the German Colonial League are about to study conditions of life in their new homes when the former German colonies are returned. The Berlin Regional Union is organising courses of instruction, including scientific and technical lectures at the university, practical work on farms and in workshops, tuition in native languages, and courses in mechanics. The successful candidates will be preferred for responsible colonial posts.
