All outstanding.-matteis are to be referred to the Court of Arbitration. It was agreed that picture' theatre employers shall be at liberty to to weekly hours of work for their respective employees, according to' the qogencies of a particular theatre, but heme are not to exceed 36 a week in the case of ticket-takers, door-keepers, and other theatre attendants cjftsar than caretakers and cleaners, and in the case of ticket-sellers 32. In no case ansa more than six hours be- worked any one day- without payment of overtone. Overtime shall be at time and a half rates for the first three hours and double time thereafter. ' "__. The wages of adult males was agreed upon at £4 a week. No agreement jmm reached on the wages of youths and/or females, or on other workers employed as performance workers. A youth is deemed to be a male under 20 years ef age. Ordinary hours of work for care-* takers and cleaners will be 40 a week. to be worked to, suit the f»igmries of a particular establishment. No agreement was made on wages. holidays, overtime, the termination of engagement, casual workers, uniforms, firemen, stage work or posters. Questions relating to outdoor amuse ments are to be referred to the Court of Arbitration.
