Satisfaction with the standard of efficiency displayed fay the League Sea Cadet Corps expressed by Vice-Admiral J. E- iHarper, C. 8.. M.V.0.. when he inspected a parade of the cadets in tue Navy League’s hall- More than - cadets were on parade, and when tney were dismissed, Vice-Admiral Harperaddressed them on some of tne of the movement. He expresse- t..e hope that many more youths wou.d ~~ attracted to the corps, wlr.cn, at' opinion, was of real value to tne community. , ■ “The social value to the ccmrr.u-.-u----of a sea cadet corps is far greater tr.rn any value the navy may cam by c-' taining additional recruits from it, Admiral Harper said.
