SALESMAN CHARGED WITH INTOXICATION
REMANDED AT TEMUKA
A salesman, whose name was ordered to be suppressed, appeared in the Temuka Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning, before Mr A. E. Smith, J.P., on a charge of having been Intoxicated while in charge of a motorcar. Sergeant M. E. Hill’s application for a remand until April 12 was granted. Mr F. J. Smith appeared for the salesman.
