Referring to a report of an accident at Sumner on Wednesday night, in which it was stated that one of the drivers concerned, Mr W. L. Harris, of Tai Tapu, was in charge of a truck. Mr Harris said yesterday that he was not driving a truck, but a private car. Mr Harris also denied that the impact turned the other car completely round.
